Our Mission

Mobilize, equip,
and inspire

The mission of the Global Missions Department of the Maryland/DC District of the United Pentecostal Church is to mobilize, equip, and inspire every church in our district to actively engage in global missions through praying, giving, going, and intentional partnership. We are committed to cultivating a genuine two-way relationship in which missionaries bless and strengthen our local churches, and our churches faithfully bless, support, and encourage missionaries and the nations they serve.

With a burden for both the harvest fields abroad and the Church at home, we labor together so that Maryland/DC fulfills its part in spreading the whole gospel to the whole world.

I AM GLOBAL is the UPCI Global Missions offering that helps send missionaries, establish churches, support national leaders, and reach unreached communities around the world. Through our collective giving, we partner with missionaries and ministries taking the Gospel to places where the Church is growing and where people have yet to hear the name of Jesus. Every gift helps expand the Kingdom of God and allows us to participate in the global mission of the UPCI.

Establish faithful monthly support for missionaries, providing the ongoing funding they rely on while serving in their assigned nations.
